The Kioxia KXG80ZNV512G is a fast PCIe Gen4x4 NVMe SSD of the XG8 series. It uses 112-Layer-3-D-TLC flash memory (3 bits per cell) from Kioxia and a SLC-cache for high short term read and write speeds.
