The 2x Western Digital PC SN730 NVMe SSD 512GB is a RAID 0 combination of two SN730 drives. The data is striped across both devices, so 1 TB is usable, but if one drive fails all data is lost.

A single drive is specified at 3400 MB/s reading and 2700 MB/s writing and 460k 4K IOPS reading and 400k writing. The MTBF are 1.75 million hours and WD offers a 5 years warranty to consumers.
