The 512 GB Samsung SSD PM991 or MZALQ512HALU is a PCIe 3.0 x4 based, M.2 type solid state drive. The NVMe drive's transfer rates are entry-level to mid-tier by H1 2020 standards according to CrystalDiskMark.
