The Seagate FireCuda 510 1TB is a NVMe 1.3 M.2 SSD. It uses a Seagate STXYP016C031 (Phison PS5012-E12) Controller and 2x 512 MB DDR4-2400 DRAM modules. The Flash modules are from Toshiba (64-layer 3D TLC BiCS3 TABBG55AIV). The drive is a M.2 2280 and uses PCIe Gen 3 x4. Seagate specifies 1,3 PB endurance for the 1 TB model. The drive ha 931 GB of usable space (24 GB overprovisioning).
