The SK hynix HFS001TFM9X186N is a 1-terabyte PCIe 5 SSD of the PCB01 series, the latter unveiled in the middle of 2024.
Performance
Much like the HFS001TFM9X179N, this M.2 2280 drive handily outperforms any PCIe 4 SSD while not coming anywhere close to making full use of those four 3.9 GB/s lanes. AS SSD reports 7.86 GB/s sequential reads with much slower writes at around 4.92 GB/s.
