Asus has been promoting its TUF Gaming A15 laptop on Twitter, revealing the high-end Renoir APU AMD Ryzen 9 4900H and the capable Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 GPU. The laptop has already been advertised for pre-order on a UK site for £1,399.99 (US$1,721) and should be available in mid July. There has been some criticism about the laptop’s display, though.

Gearbest and Geekbuying have started selling the Xiaomi RedmiBook 16. Shipping from June 2, the RedmiBook 16 starts at US$715.99 and comes with an AMD Ryzen 5 4500U or Ryzen 7 4700U processor. The RedmiBook 13 and RedmiBook 14 are available, too.

A Samsung Galaxy Book S powered by the Intel Lakefield Core i5-L16G7 processor has popped up on Samsung Canada's online store making this the first x86-based Galaxy Book S. Fujitsu has announced new additions to its business-class Lifebook line of notebooks. They are led by the U9310 and its 2-in-1 variant, the U9310X. This 13.3-inch convertible has up to 10th-gen core i7 Intel processors and weighs only about 1 kilogram (kg).

Razer has announced a refresh to its Blade Pro 17 gaming laptop. The 2020 refresh of the Blade Pro 17 now offers an Intel 10th gen Comet Lake-H Core i7-10875H CPU, RTX 2070 Max-Q and RTX 2080 Max-Q GPU options, and a 300 Hz refresh rate FHD panel. Rest of the specifications and design are more or less similar to the 2019 version.

Xiaomi executives Lu Weibing and Wang Teng Thomas have revealed that they have been using an Apple MacBook Pro to go over marketing material for the upcoming Redmi 10X smartphone. It seems the Xiaomi RedmiBook Pro laptop just doesn’t cut the mustard when it comes to this kind of work.
