Deal | Dell clearing stock on Inspiron 14 5402 Core i7 for $700 USD to make room for the upcoming Tiger Lake-H SKUs
Dell is currently hosting a sale on its 14-inch Inspiron 14 5402 laptop for $50 USD off the sale price when selecting "1 year Mail-In Service" and applying the coupon code '50OFF699' at checkout. The deal is notable for carrying an 11th gen Core i7-1165G7 CPU which is the latest processor from Intel and not some older generation that we typically see on most sales.
Other notable features include 16 GB of RAM, 512 GB NVMe SSD, Wi-Fi 6, and a relatively bright 300 nit 1080p display. Many budget laptops have dimmer displays that top out at the 200 nit range instead.
The sale comes just a few days after Dell officially announced the next generation Inspiron 14 laptops sporting more powerful 11th gen Tiger Lake-H CPUs and GeForce MX450 GPUs. If all you need is a laptop for browsing, streaming, and even light gaming, however, then the Inspiron 14 5402 will be sufficient as the upcoming Tiger Lake-H options will likely be overkill.
We've yet to review the Inspiron 14 5402 and so we can't offer our personal experiences with the model.
