HiSilicon Kirin T93C

The HiSilicon Kirin T92C is an SoC for Android-based smartphones and tablets, first used in the Huawei MatePad Air (2026). It is based on a binned version of the Kirin 9030 Pro, with no prime core, four performance cores with SMT (8 threads) running at up to 2.27 GHz, and four efficiency cores running at up to 1.72 GHz. This allows the eight CPU cores to process 12 threads simultaneously, which is why Android reports 12 cores.
CPU performance is very similar to that of the Kirin T92 in the Huawei MatePad 12 X and the Exynos 1480 in the Samsung Galaxy A37 5G.
The integrated graphics unit is a Maleoon 935B running at 624–933 MHz.
The chip is likely manufactured using SMIC's new N+3 process node (5 nm).
