MediaTek Dimensity 7450X

The MediaTek Dimensity 7450X is an ARM-based mid-range SoC for mostly Android-based smartphones. The integrated CPU is divided into two clusters: four more powerful ARM Cortex-A78 cores with up to 2.6 GHz and an efficiency cluster with four ARM Cortex-A55 cores with up to 2 GHz.
Compared to the older MediaTek Dimensity 7400X, the 7450X offers up to 7% higher AI performance.
Compared to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 4, the 7450X is slightly faster. Compared to high-end chips such as the Dimensity 8500, the 7450X and 7400X fall significantly behind due to the old and small cores (8500 in our benchmarks +70%).
In addition to the integrated ARM Mali-G615-MC2 iGPU, the 7450X also offers a MediaTek NPU (6th gen.) for AI tasks. A 5G multi-mode modem (2G to 5G) with a download speed of up to 3.27 Gbit/s is also installed. In addition to Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4 is also supported.
The chip is manufactured using the current 4 nm process.
