
UNISOC T107

The Unisoc Tiger T107 is a simple SoC for feature phones and is used, for example, in the Nokia 3210 (2024). It has a single ARM Cortex-A7 processor core with a performance of up to 1 GHz.
The SoC integrates an LTE modem (LTE Cat.1) and supports a maximum camera with 2 megapixels.
The memory controller can work with a maximum of 384 MB LPDDR2. eMMC 5.1 is supported as mass storage.
Nothing is known about the integrated graphics card, the maximum resolution of the display is HVGA, i.e. 480 x 320 pixels.
The SoC is manufactured by TSMC using the 22nm process.
