
Marvell PXA1088

The Marvell PXA1088 is an ARM based quad-core SoC for smartphones and tablets (mostly Android based). It contains four ARM Cortex-A7 CPU cores usually clocked around 1.2 GHz (e.g. HP Slate 6 6000en VoiceTab at 1.1 GHz, Slate 7 6100en at 1.2 GHz) and a Vivante GC1000 graphics card. The integrated video processor is able to handle 1080p 30fps content in H.263, H.264, MJPEG and MPEG-4 encoding and decoding. Furthermore, a GSM/Edge/TD-SCDMA/WCDMA radio is included in the chip.
