Rockchip RK3576

The Rockchip RK3576 is an eight-core ARM SoC for cheap embedded systems and Android based systems. It combines four Cortex-A72 cores with four Cortex-A53 cores and reaches a maximum clock speed of 2.2 GHz. The chip also integrates a Mali-G52 MC3 GPU and supports LPDDR4, LPDDR4x and LPDDR5 memory through a 32-bit interface.
Its multimedia hardware supports video decoding up to 8K at 30 fps for H.265, VP9, AV1 and AVS2, as well as output to three displays. Rockchip also specifies an NPU rated at up to 6 TOPS for sparse INT8 workloads.
In Geekbench 6.7, the RK3576’s third-quartile scores of 355 single-core and 1,287 multi-core are close to the published results for the MediaTek MT8788 (329/1,284) and Unisoc T7200/T606 (377/1,369). Its Geekbench 7 scores of 371/1,591 are particularly close to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 (382/1,550).
According to Radxa, the chip is produced in 8nm and can operate from -40 to 85°C.
