UNISOC Tangula T740

The Unisoc Tangula T740 (former Spreadtrum) is an mid range octa core SoC with two fast ARM Cortex A75 cores at up to 1.8 GHz and six power efficient ARM Cortex A55 cores at up to 1.8 GHz. The CPU cores can use 2 MB level 3 cache and the integrated memory controller supports LPDDR4/4X/4Y with up to 1866 MHz. Drives can be connected via UFS 2.1 or EMMC 5.1. The integrated graphics card is a PowerVR GM9446 with up to 800 MHz. The ISP supports two sensors with e.g. 24 + 8 MPixel resolution. Furthermore, AI acceleration is done in hardware.
The chip is manufactured at TSMC in 12nm FinFET.
