Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 4

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 (SM6435-AA Mobile Platform) is an SoC for tablets and smartphones in the mid-range segment. It integrates 8 cores in two clusters. One cluster with four larger ARM Cortex A78 cores clocked at up to 2.4 GHz and an efficiency cluster with 4 small ARM Cortex-A55 cores with up to 1.8 GHz for power-saving tasks.
The performance is very comparable to the similar old Snapdragon 780G which has similar clock rates and comparable CPU cores.
The SoC integrates a 5G modem with mmWave and sub-6 GHz support for up to 2.9 Gbps download. Wi-Fi 6E with 2.9 GBps and Bluetooth 5.4 are also on board.
A Qualcomm Adreno 710 is used as the iGPU. The memory controller supports LPDDR5X 3200 MHz and LPDDR4X with 2100 MHz.
The Snapdragon 6s Gen4 is manufactured at Samsung using the 4nm process.
