Samsung Exynos 1680

The Samsung Exynos 1680 (P/N S5E8865) is a system-on-a-chip (SoC) for mid-range Android-based smartphones and tablets. The CPU is divided into three clusters consisting of one, four, and three cores, respectively.
Mid-range CPU and GPU
It features one Cortex-A720 core running at up to 2.91 GHz, four additional Cortex-A720 cores running at up to 2.60 GHz, and three power-efficient Cortex-A520 cores running at up to 1.95 GHz. The Samsung Xclipse 550 serves as the integrated graphics unit.
The processor performance in our benchmarks with the Samsung Galaxy A57 is comparable with the HiSilicon Kirin 9020 and on the same level with the older Exynos 1580.https://www.notebookcheck.net/HiSilicon-Kirin-9020-Processor-Benchmarks-and-Specs.953640.0.html
Features and wireless connectivity
The chipset supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 6.1. LPDDR5x is intended for RAM, while UFS 4.1 can be used for internal storage.
In addition, it can drive displays with Full HD+ resolution and refresh rates of up to 144 Hz; the SoC supports cameras with resolutions of up to 200 MPix. The ISP enables Ultra HD video recording at up to 60 frames per second and supports both HDR and zero-shutter-lag (ZSL) shooting.
Compared with the Exynos 1480, the integrated modem does not appear to have been optimized any further and offers identical data throughput: up to 5.1 Gbit/s for downloads and 1.28 Gbit/s for uploads over 5G Sub-6, as well as up to 4.84 Gbit/s for downloads and 0.92 Gbit/s for uploads over 5G mmWave. LTE Cat. 18 speeds also remain unchanged at up to 1.2 Gbit/s for downloads and 0.211 Gbit/s for uploads. The AI infrastructure, however, has been upgraded: The new 8K MAC NPU achieves up to 19.6 TOPS.
The Exynos 1680 is manufactured by Samsung using its 4 nm Samsung 4LPP process.
