Xiaomi Xring O3

The Xiaomi Xring O3 is a high-end SoC for smartphones and tablets. It features a total of ten CPU cores: two C1 Ultra cores with high single-thread performance (4.35 GHz), four C1 Premium cores running at up to 3.6 GHz, and four smaller C1 Pro cores running at up to 3.15 GHz. The cores have access to 12 MB of L2 cache and 16 MB of L3 cache.
CPU performance in the first benchmarks is outstanding, surpassing that of the Apple A19 Pro and, of course, the older Xring O1.
The chip integrates a new 96-bit memory controller for LPDDR6-10667 memory. According to Xiaomi, the integrated NPU is expected to reach up to 200 INT8 TOPS and features 8 MB of its own cache. The new ARM Mali-G2 Ultra NX with 16 cores is used as the GPU.
The Xiaomi Xring O3 has an area of 133 mm² (compared to 109 mm² for the O1) and continues to be manufactured by TSMC using a second-generation 3 nm process.
