Samsung Xclipse 550

The Samsung Xclipse 550 GPU is an integrated graphics card in the Samsung Exynos 1680 SoC. The GPU is based on the RDNA 3 architecture (also used in the Xclipse 940), features two WGPs (4 CUs), and is said to be 16% faster than the Xclipse 540.
In our benchmarks, the Xclipse 550’s performance falls between that of the ARM Mali G610 MP4 and the MP6.
The Exynos 1680—and thus the Xclipse 550 GPU as well—is manufactured by Samsung using a 4-nm process (Samsung 4LPP).
