Sony's PlayStation Showcase was host to quite a few surprises. Metal Gear Solid being resurrected was nice, as was Alan Wake 2 and Dragon's Dogma 2. Unfortunately, Project Q and the PlayStation Earbuds weren't one of them.

Acer has introduced the Predator Triton 16 in addition to the previously announced Triton 14 and Triton 17 X variants. The Predator Triton 16 offers Intel 13th gen Raptor Lake-H CPU options and the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU together with a 240 Hz 1600p IPS G-Sync display. Acer uses liquid metal as the thermal interface material for the CPU.

The AGON Q24G2A/BK is AOC's latest small gaming monitor. Equipped with a 23.8-inch IPS panel, the AOC AGON Q24G2A/BK combines a native 1440p resolution with a 165 Hz refresh rate and 1 ms response times (GtG). The new gaming monitor has a three-sided frameless bezel design too, among other features.

Nvidia, today, made the RTX 4060 series official. The RTX 4060 series is comprised of three SKUs — RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB, RTX 4060 Ti 16 GB, and the RTX 4060. In the meantime, initial performance numbers for the RTX 4060 have emerged, pitting the AD107-based graphics card against the RTX 2060 and RTX 3060. Official RTX 4060 specifications have surfaced too.

NVIDIA is on the verge of launching the RTX 4060 Ti series, consisting of 8 GB and 16 GB VRAM variants. While US$100 will separate the pair, they will feature the same GPU, memory subsystem and TGP.

The Asus ROG Ally is capable of handling a host of popular console emulators thanks to AVX-512 support in its Ryzen Z1 APU. The Ally was shown to effectively run popular console emulators — from light ones such as the PPSPP for the PSP to the more complex ones including Xenia for the Xbox 360 and RPCS3 for the PS3.

Analogue has confirmed new pricing and availability for the Analogue Duo. Launching later this week, the Analogue Duo will be available in two colour options for US$249.99.

Little known company SZDiiER has started selling the D-007, a compact gaming handheld that clearly takes inspiration from the Powkiddy RGB20S. Accordingly, the SZDiiER D-007 relies on a Rockchip RK3326 SoC and has a 3.5-inch IPS display, among other features.

The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB scores 146,10 and 144,910 points in Geekbench's CUDA benchmark. It packs 4,325 CUDA cores and has a boost clock of 2.54 GHz. Nvidia is expected to announce the graphics card later this month.
