Honor has announced the MagicPad 13, a 2.8K and 144 Hz tablet with a huge battery. Honor also includes a Snapdragon 888 chipset, up to 16 GB of RAM and a choice between 256 GB or 512 GB of storage.

Onyx has launched the BOOX Palma, a 6.13-inch E-reader that runs Android 11. Available at launch with a complimentary protective case, the Onyx BOOX Palma has 6 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and a 3,950 mAh battery, among other features.

Nothing is now selling the Phone (2), its 6.7-inch and Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1-powered smartphone. Backed by a 4,700 mAh battery, the Nothing Phone (2) also has improved main and front-facing cameras compared to the Phone (1), as well as a 512 GB of storage option.

MediaTek has introduced the Dimensity 6100 Plus (or 6100+) as the latest option in processors to help mobile device OEMs "democratize" historically high-end features such as up to 120Hz displays. It also purports to bring power drain on 5G down compared to its competitors - then again, it seems MediaTek has decided that the actual SoC specs needed for these potential advantages are hardly brand-new.

Launching globally today with a final price tag that varies based on the various import fees and deals that apply to a certain market, the rugged Blackview Active 8 Pro Android tablet is available for US customers at US$209.99 thanks to a US$30 discount code. Alongside it, the first 200 orders can get an additional US$11 coupon.

Infinix' latest additions to its ZERO BOOK series of laptops takes its name from the fact that it upgrades to 13th-gen Intel processors. It also ships with up to 32GB of RAM, PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSDs and a 100% sRGB display. The ZERO BOOK 13 is currently being previewed ahead of its release to the Indian market via Flipkart.

The NOOK GlowLight 4 Plus is the latest E-Reader from Barnes & Noble. The reader features a 7.8-inch e Ink display, 32 GB of storage, and a waterproof design, as well as the NOOK's namesake GlowLight front light with an adjustable color temperature.

The HT-AX7 set is rated to last for up to 30 hours per charge, and is available to order from now.

Xiaomi has finally released the Pad 6 series outside its home market. While the company has brought the Pad 6 to Europe and the UK, the Pad 6 Pro appears destined to become another Chinese exclusive.

Realme has applied one of its newest "Mars Horizon" design languages to its latest mid-tier Narzo-series smartphones. They have been unleashed on the Indian market with up to 120Hz displays and dual rear cameras, although the most usable sensor may have been reserved for the top-end variant. The 60 Pro is also the only one of the series with a whopping 1TB internal storage SKU.

Nothing has announced that its latest flagship TWS earbuds are now available in a second colorway (black). Carl Pei's tech OEM is selling these new SKUs already, albeit through its own webstore only at present. The product refresh has debuted alongside the latest software for Nothing audio products, which include an Advanced Equalizer for the Ear (2)s and noise reduction for the Ear (stick).

It appears that Fiat has witnessed the effect of nostalgia in the electric vehicle market, and it wants some of that pie too. The new all-electric Fiat 600e compact SUV has launched with plenty of retro flair and a very convincing spec sheet to boot. As platform partners with the Jeep Avenger, the Fiat 600e has the same WLTP range of 400 km (248 miles) and 115 kW (~154 hp) of power.

OnePlus has unleashed a more affordable alternative to the new Nord 3 mid-range smartphone - albeit in India only, making the CE 3 the only device in its class to launch with a "flagship-grade" Sony IMX890 main camera. It also boasts NFC, Bluetooth 5.2 and Dolby Atmos - however, a selling point of its affordable forebears has gone missing in this generation.

The Fairphone 4, a highly-repairable phone built from ethically-sourced parts, is finally available for purchase in the USA. Murena, the company behind /e/OS (a de-Googled version of Android) will sell the Murena Fairphone 4 on their website.

Shenzhen Xunlong Software has released the Orange Pi Zero 3, a compact SBC that should be more powerful than the outgoing Orange Pi Zero 2. The new single-board computer starts at under US$15 and can be configured with up to 4 GB of RAM.

The Honor X50 is the first ever Android smartphone to debut with the new SGS five-star certification for drop resistance. It also offers 16GB of RAM for less than US$300, and has 5G thanks to its mid-range, if first-gen, Qualcomm chipset. The X50 has also launched with a 120Hz 1.5K AMOLED display kept on with an unusually generous 5,800mAh battery.

Nubia has presented the RedMagic 8S Pro, which it also sells with a bigger battery and faster charging as the RedMagic 8S Pro+. The new gaming smartphone has plenty of tricks up its sleeve, including a new version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Leading Version and 24 GB of LPDDR5X RAM help the RedMagic 8S Pro exceed 1.7 million points in AnTuTu too.

Nubia has presented the RedMagic Gaming Tablet, a 12.1-inch tablet with a 144 Hz display, a flagship chipset and up to 16 GB of RAM. A 10,000 mAh battery is also onboard, as are LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 flash storage.

We've seen rumours about an upcoming Sony Alpha a6700 compact APS-C mirrorless camera for a while now, with a limited spec sheet even being revealed earlier this year. A new rumour now hints that the a6700 will ship with 6K video chops, setting it up as a competent vlogging camera. If the price of the current a6600 is any indication, the Fujifilm X-S20 should be stiff competition for the a6700.

Sony asserts that its new mocopi system condenses all the motion-capture hardware aspiring virtual reality (VR) content creators might need into 6 simple, wearable sensors. After recently cancelling left-hand-drive variants of its Model S and Model X vehicles in the UK, Tesla has started shipping a grabber stick with new orders in the UK. The Reacher, as the grabber stick is called, is supposed to lessen the inconvenience of having to reach over the passenger seat to collect drive-through takeaway meals. Resorting to a solution like The Reacher downplays potential safety implications of driving a LHD vehicle in a RHD country, making it seem like a mere inconvenience, instead.

A tentative rumour suggests that a new Sony camera other than the A6700 will be launched in the start of 2024. While the name of the camera is not yet known, it appears that it will have a 26.1-MP APS-C sensor and a compact, vlogging-friendly body. The rest of the spec sheet also appears to be perfect for content creators, with five-axis IBIS rearing its head once more. The camera is supposed to launch in early 2024.

Not even two days after Volvo announced that it would be joining the likes of Rivian, Ford, General Motors, and Telsa in their use of the NACS charge port, the company's EV subsidiary, Polestar, has revealed that it would be joining the NACS movement, too. It's unsurprising to see Polestar adopt NACS charging hardware, since many of its EV designs share platforms with Volvo's electric vehicles.

Introduced as the brand's first flagship rugged tablet, the Blackview Active 8 Pro features highlights that include the MIL-STD-810H rating, up to 16 GB of memory, a 22,000 mAh battery with 33 W charging and reverse charging support, as well as quad speakers tuned by Harman Kardon. Global shipments will start by mid-July.

Xiaomi has introduced the Redmi Note 12R, a cheaper alternative to the Redmi Note 12R Pro that looks like a Redmi 12. The Redmi Note 12R is the world's first smartphone to feature the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 though, and should outperform the Redmi Note 12R Pro thanks to its newer chipset.

Skullcandy has announced the release of a whole line-up of portable speakers of various sizes, each with up-to-date Bluetooth technology. The Ounce, Kilo, Terrain Mini, Terrain and Terrain XL also have IPX7 ingress protection and USB type-C charging in common. They are available in the same colorways, albeit at different prices based on size, from now.

Sony has finally announced the much-awaited software update that enables 4K 120 FPS video recording for its Alpha ZV-E1 full-frame mirrorless vlogging camera that it released earlier in 2023. Not only does the update enable 4K 120 FPS recording, but it also unlocks 1080p 240 FPS recording, greatly expanding the slow-motion capabilities of Sony's diminutive creator camera.

BenQ is now selling the PhotoVue SW272U and PhotoVue SW272Q, a pair of high-end professional monitors. Both should impress with excellent colour accuracy, factory hardware calibration, Calman verification and Pantone validation, among other features.

As more electric vehicle makers have joined the Tesla NACS bandwagon, the Society of Automotive Engineers International has seen fit to standardise Tesla's formerly-proprietary charging standard. While this step may seem insignificant, it goes a long way to legitimising the NACS connector as an open standard and alleviating some of the complaints levelled at the design by opponents to its widespread adoption. As part of the standardisation process, the SAE will develop the SAE NACS standard.

Polestar claims that it has increased the range of its 2024 Polestar 2 electric fastback sedan by improving motor efficiency and power usage. The Polestar 2 Long range Single motor now boasts a WLTP range of 654 km (~406 miles). In addition to the range increases, Polestar has managed to boost the charging speed of the Polestar 2 by up to 36% in some cases.

After similar moves from the likes of Ford, General Motors, and Rivian, among others, Volvo has announced that it will adopt Tesla's North American Charging Standard charging hardware in its electric vehicles from 2025. This will give Volvo owners access to the immense Tesla Supercharger network, as well as a wealth of third-party fast charging providers that have recently also committed to using NACS.

Chevrolet has officially launched the Silverado EV electric pickup truck during a media event, announcing the previously-unknown specs and pricing for its electric pickup truck. The Silverado will initially be available in the 4WT spec with 450 miles of range for fleet customers, with a 350-mile 3WT and US$105,000, 400-mile First Edition RST trim coming before the end of 2023.

Insta360 has launched the GO 3, a tiny action camera that measures 54.4 x 25.6 x 23.2 mm. Shipping with an improved Action Pod accessory that provides more battery life, works as a remote control and has a flip-up touchscreen display, the Insta360 GO 3 can also shoot 2.7K videos at 30 FPS.

Chatreey has released two new versions of the AM08, an unusual mini-PC with a physical performance dial. Previously available with the AMD Ryzen 5900HX, Chatreey has now upgraded the AM08 to Ryzen 9 6900HX and Ryzen 7 7735HS, which both feature a powerful Radeon 680M iGPU.

Razer backs its new Moray audio accessory as the ideal solution for streaming or gaming marathons, as they are in-ear monitors (IEMs) as opposed to earbuds, headphones or a headset. As such, they are touted to have ergonomics as "elevated" as their THX-certified audio quality, thanks to components such as a braided Y-cable and "hybrid" drivers.

The Realme 11 Pro and Pro Plus (or Pro+) are the latest Android smartphones to launch with a round rear camera hump. The higher-end model also still has a 200MP main camera in its new market. The devices also offer 120Hz AMOLED displays driven by the Dimensity 7050 5G SoC and are now available in countries such as Germany - for now.

Samsung has previewed new themed versions of its current flagship TWS earbuds. These Galaxy Buds2 and Buds2 Pro are presented as second-generation Pokémon Special Editions, and are, like their predecessors, mainly aimed at a South Korean audience. However, they are based on individual pocket monsters rather than on a generic Pokéball this time.

ONYX International has presented the BOOX Tab Mini C as a potential companion for work or travel. Its new 7.8-inch display supports the brand's latest Kaleido 3 e-ink technology for "sharp" detail in both monochrome and color. It has a Qualcomm CPU and an "exclusive" GPU, rated to help the Mini C work as a tablet as well as a particularly vibrant e-reader.

Vivo has officially presented the X90s in China. Equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC, the X90s shares plenty of features with the X90, including two of its four launch colours. The X90s will go on sale next week in China in a choice of three memory configurations.

Qualcomm has officially unveiled the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2. It features an eight-core CPU (2P + 6E), an Adreno GPU, and an integrated 5G modem. The SoC will power entry-level smartphones in the second half of 2023.
