Decathlon Rockrider E-FEEL 900S Team Edition launches as new premium eMTB

The Decathlon Rockrider E-FEEL 900S Team Edition electric MTB is now on sale in Europe. Also known as the E-FEEL 900 S, the model was unveiled last October at Roc d'Azur 2023 and appeared in a US 2024 range catalogue discovered earlier this year. The full-suspension e-bike combines a RockShox ZEB Ultimate fork with 160 mm travel and a Super Deluxe Ultimate shock to make your ride more comfortable.

The E-FEEL 900S Team Edition has a mid-mounted 250W Shimano EP801 motor, offering 85Nm torque, 600W peak power, and assisting you at speeds up to 25 kph (~16 mph). A torque sensor ensures the motor's output matches your pedalling power, and a 630Wh lithium-ion battery stored inside the frame provides up to 90km (~145 miles) assistance range. Other features of the 12-speed electric mountain bike include 29-inch wheels with Rockrider Grip 50 tires and TRP Trail Evo hydraulic disc brakes. The model also has a Shimano SC-EN600 1.4-inch color display supporting a Bluetooth connection to your phone; compatible screen protectors are available at Amazon. On average, the e-bike weighs 24.6 kg (~54.2 lbs) without pedals.

Two sizes of the aluminum frame are listed on the Decathlon website - medium for riders who are 165 to 174 cm (5' 5" to 5' 9") tall, and large for taller people with a height of 175 to 184 cm (~5' 9" to 6' 1"). However, the large is currently out of stock. Plus, small and extra-large options are expected to be available in the future. The Decathlon Rockrider E-FEEL 900S Team Edition is on sale in France, Spain and Italy for €5,499.99. The model has a higher RRP of €5,949.99 in the Netherlands and is slightly cheaper in Germany, where it retails for €5,459.99. When the model could launch in North America or the UK remains unclear.
