Fiido T2 Longtail Cargo e-Bike launches with purposeful build and potentially extended range
Fiido touts the T2 as its most "functional" cargo e-bike yet, thanks to its extended rear deck and fat tires. Its frame is also backed to withstand the test of heavy-duty e-mobility thanks to an IP54-rated chassis equipped with a torque sensor, full suspension (with an aluminum-alloy fork to the front) and 7-speed Shimano gears.
Its 750 watt (W) brushless motor and 998 watt-hour (Wh) battery gives it an estimated maximum range of ~68 miles (110 kilometers (km), albeit in PAS mode rather than at full throttle) at up to ~15.5 miles per hour (mph, or 25km/h).
The user can also go that far in full comfort thanks to the T2's adjustable-angle handlebars and Velo saddle, and with the benefit of "4-Piston" hydraulic disc brakes (which have an integrated light) for safety.
The bike also has one of the OEM's full-color "Smart" LCD displays for easy access to battery and trip data, and has "one-piece" wheels to avoid spoke replacements.
The T2 is currently available on Fiido.com at a temporarily reduced price of $1,499/€1,499, with rear wheel covers, front rack and secondary pedals for its extended rear deck as a free gift.
