Fiido asserts that its latest e-bike is a better form of its pre-existing C11 thanks to a potentially crucial upgrade made by apparently popular demand. It is touted to make it easier to get the bike on the road and then keep it on there for longer than its vanilla counterpart. The C11 Pro is now available to order in the EU or US with an attractive discount on its listed price.

Fiido has just announced a Pro version of its current urban step-through e-bike flagship with the same 700C aluminum alloy frame, custom-designed Velo saddle and dual-piston hydraulic disc brakes.

However, the C11 Pro has been unleashed with an upgraded S200 dual-sided torque sensor from Mivice, rated to respond to pedal pressure with a latency reduced to as little as 0.01 seconds for potentially smoother starts.

The "zero-maintenance" sensor is still backed to render the bike weatherproof with an IP67 rating. The Pro has also debuted with a maximum estimated range of 104 kilometers (km, or ~64 miles) as opposed to ~90km (56 miles) in the vanilla C11, despite the fact that both bikes have the same 499.2 watt-hour (Wh, or 48V/10Ah) removable battery.

That might be explained by the fact that the Pro variant has a 250 watt (W) motor for "EU compliance" compared to 500W in the original C11.

The C11 Pro is available to order direct from Fiido in just 1 Emerald Blue colorway for $1,799/€1,799, albeit with the opportunity to "save $700/€700" for a limited time.
