(Update: further confirmation of China-only launch) With the Find X6 Pro, Oppo looks set to release one of the most exciting flagship camera phones in a long while. But just like the Vivo X90 Pro+, a well-known leaker with a fairly good track record has reported that at least the highest-end model won’t launch outside China. In recent times, Chinese manufacturers have regularly neglected the global market or only made their products available at exorbitantly high prices. This is nothing new. Not only are they shooting themselves in the foot with product policy that often seems erratic, but the increasingly imminent duopoly between Samsung and Apple is also bad for consumers.
