Listings for the PS5 console have appeared on the pages of Amazon UK. The next-gen hardware was apparently priced at £599.99 (US$764). More surprisingly, this was the same listed price for both a 1 TB and 2 TB variant of the upcoming PlayStation 5 device. A whole host of PS5 games were also listed on the same website.

Danish high-end audio maker Bang & Olufsen has announced a partnership with Microsoft for the launch of the Xbox Series X console. Although not yet specifying exactly what it will produce as a result of the new deal, the company promises a ‘new audio proposition catered for the high-end segment within gaming”.

Indie developers at Neon Giant studio spoke to EDGE magazine recently about their experience working on Xbox Series X hardware. Microsoft's machine is "easier to develop for," and has "magic loading speeds," they claimed.

Apparently, the COVID-19 pandemic has not adversely affected production plans in regard to both the PlayStation 5 and games. A currently unproven rumor on social media has claimed that there will be two starter pack variants of the PlayStation 5, with a premium pack offering a larger capacity SSD than the basic console pack. The same post also includes prices for the two PS5 options, at €499 (US$540) for the basic choice and €599 (US$648) for the premium package.
