FunKey S: Miniature handheld console storms Kickstarter with over US$100,000 in funding

The FunKey S is a tiny retro handheld console based on the design of the Game Boy Advance SP. The device has garnered over US$100,000 in crowdfunding on Kickstarter and supports multiple emulators including ones for the Game Boy, Game Boy Color and the PlayStation 1.

Audeze Penrose: PlayStation 5-compatible wireless headset preorders now live

Announced earlier today, the Audeze Penrose and Penrose X will start shipping in early September, but those interested can place their orders already. The introductory price is US$249 — US$50 less than the MSRP of this wireless planar magnetic headset for Xbox One, Xbox Series X (Penrose X), PlayStation 4/5 and Mac (Penrose), and PC (both).

PlayStation 5 Portable and PlayStation 6 console predictions by Goldman Sachs given credence by PS5 launch date

Predictions for the release timeframe for a PlayStation 5 Portable and PlayStation 6 console have been given some credibility thanks to the scheduling for the PlayStation 5. An old report from the investment banking firm Goldman Sachs stated that the PS5 would be launched in 2020. The success of the Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite could see Sony consider a potential PS5P device.
