The affordable Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 3 and Stealth 500 headsets have mainstream appeal. They will soon be available in purple or arctic camo colorways to make gaming setups more distinctive. Adding to their popularity, the wireless gaming headsets connect to any console or mobile device.

Gaming headsets are stylish alternatives when headphones look too ordinary in a setup. While some headsets produce inferior sound quality, it's hard to dispute the value of two of Turtle Beach's best-selling models. The wireless Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 3 offers outstanding battery life and widespread compatibility. Meanwhile, the cordless Stealth 500 is a tempting budget option with surprising comfort. Turtle Beach is reinventing both wireless gaming headsets in purple and arctic camo colorways to entice more gamers.

The Stealth 600 Gen 3 lasts up to 80 hours without recharging, superior to most headsets in its $99.99 price range. With a single USB dongle, the Xbox version also pairs with PlayStation consoles, PCs, and Bluetooth devices. The Stealth 600 Gen 3 may not please audiophiles, but its 50mm Nanoclear drivers produce a reasonably balanced soundscape. This spring, the Xbox variety will relaunch in a purple and black scheme that's familiar to Razer's Kuromi collection of peripherals. PlayStation gamers will have to make do with standard black and white colorways.

For gamers with compromised budgets, the $79.99 Turtle Beach Stealth 500 has some of its own advantages. The budget wireless headset only has half the battery life of the Stealth 600 Gen 3. Still, many listeners find it more comfortable with plush earcups and a low-pressure fit. The Stealth 500 is also available in versions supporting Xbox, PlayStations, and PCs, with the ability to quickly toggle to Bluetooth sources. Turtle Beach is revamping all but the PC-specific variety of the headset with an arctic camo design.

Buyers can pre-order the new purple and arctic camo headsets at Turtle Beach's website today. Once released, the purple Stealth 600 Gen 3 for Xbox will appear exclusively in Target stores across the United States. PlayStation fans will be able to find the arctic camo Stealth 500 at Walmart locations.
