Turtle Beach debuts the Vulcan II TKL hot-swappable keyboard and Burst II Pro 8K wireless gaming mouse
Continuing the transition away from the Roccat brand, Turtle Beach has released a new keyboard and mouse pair. The Vulcan II TKL is a wired hot-swappable keyboard that uses Titan HS mechanical switches. Meanwhile, the Burst II Pro arrives as an esports-focused wireless gaming mouse that boasts an 8K polling rate.
The Vulcan II TKL keyboard will retail for $119.99/£89.99/€99.99, while the Burst II Pro has an MSRP of $139.99/£119.99/€129.99. Both accessories are up for pre-order now, with a release date of October 13, 2025.
Corded but compact Vulcan II TKL keyboard
In the low-profile tradition of past Roccat Vulcan keyboards, the latest revision also has a slim appearance. Still, the thin keycaps rise significantly off its surface, allowing the per-key RGB lighting to escape. The TKL layout and corded connectivity make it less portable than more compact wireless keyboards. However, there is enough free space for navigation keys and a volume knob.
The Vulcan II TKL ships with pre-lubed mechanical switches that prioritize quiet and reduced-effort typing. Owners of the wireless keyboard can also experiment with various three or five-pin alternatives. Turtle Beach has already installed sound-dampening material to minimize any distracting case pinging.
The new Burst II Pro esports gaming mouse
As a lightweight wireless gaming mouse intended for competitive gaming, the Burst II Pro checks in at 57 grams. Its symmetrical shape should provide enough support for average-size palms, but excels with claw grips. Turtle Beach also bundles a variety of grip tapes and skates to customize the feel of the black or white mouse.
A streamlined button scheme is ordinary except for a more accessible side-mounted DPI toggle. The peripheral employs Titan optical switches for added responsiveness and durability.
The fact that the Burst II Pro ships with a wireless 8K dongle may entice some buyers. That promises lower-latency movements, tracked by a 30K DPI sensor. Gamers can expect up to 150 hours of battery life, with the higher polling rate reducing that estimate to 40 hours.
