After weeks of speculations and rumours, the next State of Play has finally been confirmed. Contrary to speculations, it will happen on February 12 17:00 ET/ 11: 00 CET and not February 14. This one is over forty minutes long and will likely be jam-packed with content.
The stars of this State of Play will definitely be Ghost of Yotei, Death Stranding 2 and possibly Naughty Dog's new Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet. Plus, we can see sequels to some established IPs like Horizon Forbidden West and some new ones like Bungee's Marathon. Marvel's Wolverine might get some airtime too, give it is set to launch in 2025. And, of course, no modern-day gaming showcase is complete without a bunch of remakes/remasters.
Speaking of remasters, one of the titles slated to make an appearance is Bloodborne. Yes, people say that before every State of Play, and it has become something of a ritual, but Sony's recent DMCA spree has rekindled our hopes. Then there are rumours about the first three God of War games getting a modern-day makeover.
