MediaTek's Helio P10 SoC is allegedly infringing on graphics technologies developed by AMD. The complaints were filed with the ITC as early as 2017, but the two companies apparently were not able to reach any agreement out of court in the meantime so now AMD is looking to obtain a court order that would force MediaTek to pay up for past, present and current infringements.

An article posted to the online outlet Motherboard has alleged that the carriers T-Mobile, Sprint and AT&T have been selling their US customers' geolocation data to private companies, who then went on to sell it to other parties such as those who issue bail bonds.
