New sales data from German retailer Mindfactory has revealed that 34 times more Matisse AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processors were sold than the Intel Core i7-10700K, which was the best-selling Comet Lake chip for this particular period. Intel CEO Bob Swan suggested moving away from traditional benchmarks to focus more on the benefits and impact of technology. Swan also confirmed the arrival of Cooper Lake in a few weeks time for datacenter and AI applications and Tiger Lake later this summer, which he expects would further consolidate Intel's leadership in mobile.
