This year's Alienware x15 R2 is virtually indistinguishable from its predecessor but offers welcome internal upgrades that perform on par with the competition. The thin chassis results in higher emissions and Dell could further improve a few aspects as well, but the x15 R2 indeed comes across as a highly capable gaming laptop in our detailed review.

The HP Omen 17 shows what the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti and the Intel Core i7 12700 H bring to the table in terms of performance. But not only the internals are of importance: the exterior of the gaming laptop is not very well designed for the European market.

A powerful run by the Intel Core i9-13900K on PassMark’s desktop CPU single-thread performance chart has signposted an upcoming colossal battle between the Raptor Lake chip and Zen 4’s best: the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X. An unnamed overclocker has provided Wccftech with a CPU-Z screenshot showing an overclocked Intel Core i9-13900K in action. The Raptor Lake processor goes as high as 8.0 GHz with LN2 cooling and a CPU voltage of 1.792 V.
