Intel has officially unveiled the 65 and 35 W Raptor Lake desktop SKUs. The lineup includes the Core i9, Core i7, Core i5, and Core i3 processors with and without integrated GPUs. Among the announced chips, the Core i9-13900 is the most expensive at US$549, while the Core i3-13100F is the cheapest at US$109.

Intel has updated its low-power CPU lineup with a host of new CPUs. The P series is spearheaded by the Intel Core i7-1370P and the U series by the Intel Core i7-1365U. The former has a TDP of 28 Watts and the latter 15 Watts and both use a hybrid design with performance and efficiency cores.

Intel officially unveiled the Raptor Lake-HX and Raptor Lake-H mobile CPU lineup at CES 2023. Led by the Core i9-13980HX, Raptor Lake-HX promises significant gains in multi-core performance compared to corresponding Alder Lake-HX and the Ryzen 6900HX. Intel is also introducing its Movidius VPU as part of select Raptor Lake-H offerings for accelerating AI tasks at the edge.

Intel announced four new entry-level processors at CES 2023 called the Intel Core i3-N305, Core i3-N300, Intel Processor N200 and Intel Processor N100. All SKUs use Gracemont cores exclusively and are earmarked for low-power machines.

Intel's upcoming Raptor Lake-HX is now almost confirmed thanks to a recent leak of an MSI Raider GE78 HX laptop powered by the Core i9-13980HX on Geekbench. The CPU seems to be offering desktop-class performance with single-core and multi-core scores almost on par with a 170 W AMD Ryzen 9 7950X. The Core i9-13980HX also seems to be significantly faster than a leaked 12-core Apple M2 Max running the same benchmark.

The Intel Core i5-1350P scored 1,686 and 8,980 points on Geekbench. Its base and boost clocks are set at 1.9 GHz and 4.6 GHz, respectively. Intel is rumoured to unveil its Raptor Lake laptop processor lineup at CES 2023.

Courtesy of numerous leaks and rumors, the Intel Raptor Lake mobile CPUs are shaping up to be beastly performers. The upcoming Core i9-13980HX has now stopped by Geekbench resulting in valid single and multi-core benchmark entries. More than a year after its release, the Intel Core i9-12900K still has a US$707.50 list price on Amazon, which is noticeably higher than the US$599 launch price. However, this popular 10 nm high-end desktop processor is now 41% off, so those interested can purchase it now for a more reasonable price of US$416.99.

ASUS has announced the PL64, a mini-PC series developed with 15 W Intel Alder Lake processors. Offered in numerous configurations, the ASUS PL64 also has plenty of ports for consumer or commercial use.

The Intel Core i9-13900KS has been benchmarked on Cinebench R23, where it scores 2,366 and 40,998 in the single and multi-threaded tests. It bests both the Intel Core i9-13900K and AMD Ryzen 9 7950X, albeit by a narrow margin.

Intel is reportedly working on an ultra-high-end Raptor Lake processor called the Core i9-13980HX. It will have a base TDP of 55 W, a 5.6 GHz boost clock and 24 cores (8C + 16c).

Reportedly coming in Q3 2023, the Core i9-13900KS is a refresh of the Core i9-13900K. Now, according to valid Geekbench 5 single and multi-core results for the Core i9-13900KS, the CPU almost matches the Core i9-13900K in single-core while being 10.5% faster in multi-threaded benchmarks.

AAEON has presented a new entry in the UP Xtreme series. Building on the UP Xtreme i11, the UP Xtreme i12 supports Intel Alder Lake-P processors, LPDDR5 RAM and Windows 10 or Ubuntu 22.04. At present, the UP Xtreme i12 comes with a choice of four Intel Alder Lake processors.

Xiaomi has expanded its product portfolio to the mini-PC market. The Xiaomi Mini Host relies on a laptop processor like many other mini-PCs but offers more ports than can be found on modern laptops. The Xiaomi Mini Host also has a 0.44-litre case size, which should make it small enough to fit on most desks.

The MegaBook S1 also features 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD storage. This configuration is expected to cost US$1600. The 35 W i7 CPU could be the 12700HL SKU. No Thunderbolt 4 connector here, unfortunately, but there is a miniSD card reader.

The Intel Core i5-13500 has reared its head online ahead of its official release, outlining what to expect from the company’s Raptor Lake architecture. Launching with 6 P cores and 8 E cores, the Core i5-13500 has managed to outscore the Core i5-12500 and AMD Ryzen 7 7700X in early benchmarks, even as an engineering sample.

ASRock's next gen DeskMini and DeskMeet mini PC models will include support for AMD's Ryzen 7000 processors via an X600 motherboard, while the Intel Raptor Lake processors will be supported through B760 motherboards. As always, there will be barebones and fully-configured versions.

Intel has launched a new set of drivers for its mobile and desktop Arc graphics cards. It focuses heavily on DX9 titles such as CS:GO, League of Legends and Starcraft 2, and claims to deliver a hefty performance uplift over previous versions.

The high-end 18-inch laptops are making a comeback, as teased by Alienware in a tweet. These models will most likely be powered by Intel's i9-13900HX processors coupled with RTX 4080 Ti dGPUs plus copious amounts of RAM and storage. Hopefully a 240 Hz 18.4-inch OLED display could also be included.

The Asus Chromebook C425 is a 14-inch Chromebook with an Intel Core m3-8100Y, 4 GB of RAM, and 64 GB of storage. This hardware puts it in the mid-range of the Chromebook world. At US$129, it'll be hard to find a better Chromebook below $150.

We are closing in on the launch of the Raptor Lake mobile CPUs. Adding to the growing list of Intel’s 13th gen mobile chips that have paid Geekbench 5 a visit, a Core i9-13900H has now been spotted making the rounds on the benchmarking site. Based on the single-threaded and multi-threaded scores, this initial run of the Core i9-13900H is quite underwhelming.

The JX1 combines a 10 W Intel Jasper Lake processor with LPDDR4 RAM and an M.2 2280 SSD. Offered with 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage, the JX1 features all rear-mounted ports, unlike most mini-PCs.

One of the best 14-inchers on the market comes now with a massive 50%+ discount. It features Intel's i5-1240P processor, 16 GB of LPDDR5-5200 soldered RAM, 512 GB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD storage, 1080p webcam, fingerprint sensor and 2x Thunderbolt 4 connectors.

MINISFORUM has announced the NAG6 in Japan, a more powerful version of the NAD9 that the company already sells globally. While the NAG6 features the same Core i9-12900H processor as the NAD9, MINISFORUM has also included the Radeon RX 6600M GPU for improved graphics performance.

Assuming Intel follows the pattern established by previous CPU launches, the company could launch locked Raptor Lake SKUs early next year. PC-Canada has now published product listings for locked Core i3, Core i5, Core i7, and Core i9 Raptor Lake chips. Interestingly, there is also a listing for the Core i9-13900KS that is supposed to boost up to 6 GHz.

Zotac has updated its ZBOX C series of mini-PCs to Intel’s latest set of mobile processors. Offered with 28 W Intel Alder Lake parts, the ZBOX CI627 nano, ZBOX CI647 nano and ZBOX CI667 nano all contain numerous ports but also some odd carryovers from older ZBOX C machines.

Besides the powerful i9-12900H laptop CPU, the NAD9 supports up to 64 GB of DDR4-3200 RAM, a PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD plus two 2.5-inch SATA3 drives. The barebones version with no RAM and storage is priced at US$569, but Minisforum offers three additional configurations with up to 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB storage.

During his tenure, Thakur managed to acquire Tower Semiconductor, as well as sign MediaTek and the US Department of Defense as prominent customers for the Intel Foundry Services. A disagreement with CEO Pat Gelsinger regarding the future role of Tower Semiconductor is allegedly linked to Thakur's resignation.

Although it hasn't been officially announced yet, the Beelink SEi12 Pro with an Intel Core i7-1260P processor is already available for purchase. The prices start at US$599.99 for the barebone version and go up to US$799.99 for the configuration that includes 32 GB of memory and a 500 GB SSD.

One-netbook has started selling an Intel Pentium Gold 8505-powered version of the ONEXPLAYER mini. Sold with a 1200p display and in two colours, the ONEXPLAYER mini also has 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 512 GB of storage and a 48 Wh battery, among other features.
