It seems that Dell is getting back into the world of 2-in-1 devices with the XPS 9315t. Rumoured to be a Surface Pro 8 competitor, the XPS 13 9315t is rumoured to be launching 'relatively soon' with a detachable keyboard and pen support.

Acer has upgraded the TravelMate lineup of business laptops with the latest Intel 12th gen vPro and AMD Ryzen 6000 Pro processors. The TravelMate P2 is available in 14-inch and 15.6-inch versions while the TravelMate P4 and TravelMate Spin P4 come in 14-inch and 16-inch variants. All TravelMate models are Microsoft Secured-core PCs built with a focus on security and durability while using sustainable construction and packaging materials.

HP is offering an upgraded Envy x360 15.6-inch convertible in both Intel Alder Lake-P and AMD Barcelo-U options. The Intel variant offers a few extra goodies like optional QHD 120 Hz display and Thunderbolt 4 connectivity while the AMD variant makes do with up to an FHD OLED option. HP says that it has focused on collaborative features such as a 5 MP webcam and the HP Palette suite.

We tried out the Asus Zenbook 14 Flip OLED and we were not only thrilled by the performance, but also by the excellent OLED panel, which is equipped with 90 Hz and 3K resolution. But what other advantages and disadvantages does the convertible conceal?

With its MIL-STD 810H-rated metallic chassis, Wi-Fi 6E/Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and USI stylus-compatible display options, Acer touts the Chromebook Spin 714 as an exceptionally premium example of its device category. The high-end convertible ThinkPad X1 Yoga G7 is one of the first business devices featuring Intel's new Alder Lake-P CPUs. The implementation still reveals some issues, but some of the problems are caused by the high power consumption of the CPU.

Asus' latest European-market launch has unleashed a number of OLED-screened laptops on this region, of which some newly-announced special-edition PCs are no exception. These new SKUs of the Vivobook 13 Slate OLED come with everything necessary to make them look like they truly belong to either of the 2 creators who have worked on these convertibles.

The 2-in-1 laptop offers an IPS touchscreen display, silent operation, good battery life, and a USB-C port with Power Delivery. The overall package doesn't make too much of a dent in your wallet.

The executive 13.3-inch model will be even more compact than the existing 15-inch Latitude 9520 2-in-1 or 14-inch Latitude 9420 2-in-1. Expect availability by this June.

Unlike foldable smartphones that are now mostly using ultra-thin glass (UTG) for the cover of their flexible screens, the cover material of the OLED displays used for the budding niche of foldable laptops is still in flux. HP, in particular, has decided on a thin polyimide (PI) film instead of UTG for its 17-in foldable laptop.

Asus has announced some prices and availability info for its latest Republic of Gamers (ROG) laptops, its new 16-inch ROG Zephyrus Duo included, in the United States. The latest ROG Strix variants are also included in this new line-up, as are the ROG Flow Z13 and X13 convertibles. Some of the new gaming machines have been revealed as exclusive to 1 seller, while others will be more widely available.

The budget-friendly LeBook Pro includes Cortana support with better performance than many other Surface competitors. It uses an older 8th gen CPU, but this shouldn't be an issue for most basic home or office scenarios.

The VBook 2023 is a new 2-in-1 from VOYO, an affiliated brand of One-netbook. With an Intel Core i7-1260P processor and a dedicated GPU, the VBook 2023 should pack a punch compared to the likes of the Surface Pro 8. Do not let the name confuse you though, the VBook 2023 should be available next month.

Dell has packaged its latest PCs for business with its Optimizer, a suite of AI services designed to deliver "productivity without disruptions". They include features that might admittedly be more welcome than ever before, Intelligent Privacy, ExpressConnect and Intelligent Audio included.

Dell has unveiled the Latitude 5330, the entry-level option in its new Latitude 5000 series. The Latitude 5330 features 15 W Intel Alder Lake processors, soldered RAM and 16:9 display options, along with a choice between laptop and 2-in-1 form factors.

Dell is now offering an upgraded Latitude 9430 in both 2-in-1 and laptop form factors. The Latitude 9430 is more of an incremental upgrade to last year's Latitude 9420 and now comes with Intel 12th gen processors up to Core i7 vPro, LPDDR5-5200 RAM, and Wi-Fi 6E. The Latitude 9430 is designed to conform to Intel Evo 3.0 platform specifications.

The Latitude 7330, 7430 and 7530 are Dell's newest thin and light laptops. They feature Intel Alder Lake-U (15 W) processors, a 16:9 screen with FHD resolution, and a wide selection of ports. Depending on the model, prices range between US$1,899 and US$2,023.

Updated. At its MSIology event, MSI has introduced upgrades to the Summit E16 Flip series with the new Summit E16 Flip and the Summit E16 Flip Evo. Both models are powered by the Core 7-1260P Alder Lake-P processor and feature largely identical specifications with the primary differences being with respect to the display and the GPU. The Evo version offers Iris Xe graphics while the non-Evo SKUs can be configured with up to an Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti.

MSI has announced refreshed Summit E13 Flip Evo and Summit E14 Flip Evo business and productivity laptops. This year's, the Summit Flip Series gets an upgrade to Intel Alder Lake-P 28 W processors and features new security functionality such as Tobii Aware and Tile tracking. Both the Summit E13 Flip Evo and Summit E14 Flip Evo are Intel Evo 3-certified and come with Thunderbolt 4 and Wi-Fi 6E.

In this case, it remains true that AMD variants are typically cheaper. At the same time, our review reveals performance results that put the price premium for the Intel Tiger Lake processor into question. However, there are a few noticeable omissions from the business convertible.

You can get the regular Surface Laptop with Intel or AMD processors, but Microsoft equips the new high-end device Surface Laptop Studio with old Tiger Lake quad-core CPUs, which are hardly competitive anymore. The manufacturer saved money in other respects as well.

Alldocube has released the iWork GT, a convertible device with a 10.95-inch display in the style of the iPad Pro 11. The iWork GT features a 1200p display, a choice of Intel Tiger Lake processors and is available with a copycat Magic Keyboard.

The new MateBook E from Huawei is a Windows tablet, which shares many similarities with the own MatePad series including the good OLED screen, great speakers, and good cameras. There are, however, some limitations when you want to use it as a productive tool.

There's almost no reason to get a Pavilion x360 15 when the Envy x360 15 is now available for around the same price. Unlike on most convertible laptops, the RAM here is not soldered and can be upgraded by the end user.

The Portégé X40L-K with Intel Evo specs is Dynabook’s slimmest and lightest 14-inch business notebook to date, weighing just over 1 kg (2.31 lbs), while the 13.3-inch models weigh less than 1 kg. Processor options include the Core i5-1250P vPro, Core i7-1270P vPro, and Core i7-1280P vPro for added security.

Chuwi has revealed the UBook XPro, another Windows-based 2-in-1 by the company. The UBook XPro has a 13-inch and 1440p display, along with the Intel Core i7-7Y75, an old and low-powered Kaby Lake processor.

The Lenovo Flex 5 is a good all-around budget laptop. Thanks to its AMD Ryzen 5 5500U and RX Vega 7 GPU, it can handle most everyday tasks and some light gaming. It's currently on sale at Amazon for US$600, which is $250 below its MSRP of $850.

Aohi has introduced itself as a "new smart brand" that sells high-tech power bricks rated to charge different devices at advanced wattages. Its latest such product is rated for 100W with Power Delivery (PD) - however, the OEM asserts that it is "40% smaller" than the charger typically used for machines such as MacBook Pros. It is shipped with a cable that has its own little read-out to display the speed of each charge.

Qualcomm has announced that all an OEM looking to make a new 5G-capable laptop needs is a spare M.2 slot in their prototype's design. This is because the company has invented a module with the corresponding form-factor with a Snapdragon X-series modem on-board. It may thus confer high-speed standalone connectivity on the machine in which it is installed.

The Lenovo ThinkBook 14s Yoga Gen 2 i is has been officially announced at MWC 2022. It packs an Intel Alder Lake-P processor, up to 40 GB of user-replaceable RAM, a 1 TB NVMe SSD, a 14-inch FHD touch screen and a 60 Wh battery. Lenovo will start selling the laptop in April 2022, starting at US$849

The ExpertBook B3 offers an LTE modem, two Thunderbolt 4 ports in a 14-inch form factor (FHD, IPS). The touchscreen can be used with the included input pen. The latter is stowed away in a panel in the base unit.

Huawei has debuted 2 of its latest Matebook-series PCs outside China during its MWC 2022 event. The E is a 2-in-1 with a 12.6-inch OLED display, whereas the X Pro 2022 has a 14-inch 90Hz 3K display. They both also have 11th-gen Intel platforms and pricing in euros.

The small 256 GB M.2 SSD can be easily swapped out by the end user for a larger capacity drive if desired. The sale immediately follows the reveal of AMD's upcoming Zen 3+ mobile series set to launch in the next few months.
