The RTX 2070 with Max-Q design is NVIDIA's upcoming mid-range laptop card. It has been spotted in leaked Final Fantasy XV benchmarks. The results (assuming they are genuine) put the new mobile GPU at the top of a list that also includes the GTX 1080 (desktop and Max-Q versions) and the Radeon RX Vega.

Facebook has informed its developers of "a photo API bug" that allowed third-party apps to access photos uploaded to the social media's servers, regardless of whether the user then chose to share these images on their timelines or not. The company has admitted that this new flaw had been in effect for eight days in September 2018 and may have affected as many as 6.8 million users who logged in on those dates.

Nvidia set to reveal the RTX 2000 mobility lineup at CES 2019

Apparently, Nvidia had to iron out a few problems with the Turing chip production, so the mobility versions needed to be delayed for a few months. The RTX 2000 mobility lineup is now expected to debut at CES 2019, with general availability slated for early February. Inside sources claim there will be 2080, 2070, 2060, 250 Ti and 2050 models, plus Max-Q versions for the top two.

AMD CEO reaffirms the comeback of high-end gaming GPUs in 2019

AMD CEO Lisa Su already expressed the intent to bring back high-end GPUs into the game in the Q3 financial report from last month, and now Su is reiterating these plans, saying that AMD is ready to dominate all GPU sectors once again. Navi would be AMD's answer to Nvidia's mid-range RTX 2070 cards, while Arcturus (expected in late 2019) would take on the RTX 2080 Ti and beyond.
