It is touted to deliver immersion at its best with a WQHD resolution stretched across up-to-date mini-LED technology in the 21:9 aspect-ratio with a 1500R curvature. The display also boasts a port complement that includes dual HDMI 2.1 ports and one USB type-C port with 140W charging.

Lenovo's latest Legion-brand product event has introduced a new version of the Y9000X laptop to the Chinese market. It has become a lighter and slimmer PC, if anything, in this generation, yet still boasts gaming credentials such as RTX 4000-series graphics to drive a 3.2K 165Hz display. It also boasts 140W charging for a 99.9kWh battery.

Lenovo has made its second-gen Android gaming tablet official today (July 22, 2023). The 2023 version of the Y700 comes in two colors and three different RAM/storage SKUs, which may be just part of what helps the new version blow its inaugural predecessor away in terms of performance. Then again, their battery and charging stats remain constant.

Hong Kong-based ArtraLab has revealed that it will soon be expanding its handsome, retro-themed NONIKKOR lens line-up with a 24 mm f/1.7 pancake lens for both Micro Four Thirds and Nikon Z-mount cameras. Toyota has applied for new trademarks in the European Union Intellectual Property Office, and the naming scheme indicates that the trademarks may be related to at least one upcoming electric Lexus three-row SUV. If the new electric three-row SUV follows in its ICE and PHEV counterparts' footsteps, we should be seeing a pretty boxy design with pseudo-station-wagon looks.

Apple has introduced the Beats Studio Pro as its latest headphones. They are rated for "Class 1" Bluetooth - yet are also rated to support "lossless" audio thanks to its DAC for wired connections - which are done via USB type-C rather than Lightning. Beats has also thrown active noise cancellation (ANC) with a Transparency mode along with new 40mm drivers into these new cans.

Nubia has now officially updated its 2023 Z50 Android flagship smartphone series with a new variant based on the upgraded Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Leading Edition SoC. The Z50S Pro is also backed to rival other top-end mobile devices with cutting-edge 1-inch main rear camera sensors with many attributes shared with professional cameras - even if the actual sensor size in question is not one of them.

Nissan is the latest electric vehicle manufacturer to adopt Tesla's North American Charging Standard hardware. Just like other manufacturers that have made the switch, Nissan will ship NACS-to-CCS adaptors in 2024, and all electric vehicles from 2025 onwards will have NACS ports built in. Nissan has big plans for its electric future, with 19 new electric models planned between now and 2030.

Alleged specifications for the next update to DJI's GoPro-killer OSMO Action camera have leaked on Twitter, and the spec sheet indicates an incremental, but not insignificant, update to the affordable action camera's hardware. 4K 120 FPS video makes a return, but a larger 1/1.3-inch sensor promises to let in substantially more light than its predecessor.

In a surprising move, Tesla has announced that it plans to license its Full Self-Driving hardware and software to other electric vehicle manufacturers, adding that the company is already in talks with one other OEM to include FSD technology. Tesla will also allow existing FSD subscriptions to be transferred to new registrations through the end of September 2023.

Game Pass Core has been announced as a new way to access Microsoft's Xbox multi-player network for less than US$10 a month. An electric vehicle social media influencer who claims to have spoken to confidential sources has sparked a rumour that the Tesla Cybertruck will launch with only one range and battery spec. Tesla has previously confirmed that the Cybertruck would be offered in at least three different trims, with the longest-range variant topping out at 500 miles (804 km) of range from a full charge.

Harley-Davidson's LiveWire spin-off has revealed the final specifications for its S2 Del Mar electric motorcycle, with some of the excitement tainted by a somewhat underwhelming top speed figure of just 103 mph (166 km/h). On top of an underwhelming top-end, the 43-mile highway range is sure to curl the average S2 Del Mar rider into a bundle of range anxiety.

Baseus claims that its latest Bowie-series wireless earphones come recommended by "Oscar-winning film composers" for their rich sound. They are also rated for powerful hybrid ("ANC + ENC") noise-cancellation specs and low-latency audio over their Bluetooth 5.3 connection. Despite these bragging rights, they have been priced at ~US$30 on their launch.

Xiaomi has now started selling the Redmi Watch 3 Active in Europe. Available for about a third of the price of the Redmi Watch 3, the Redmi Watch 3 Active has a 1.83-inch LPD display, a 289 mAh battery and is 5 ATM water resistant.

Hyundai has kind of beaten the likes of Ford, Volkswagen, and Toyota to the electric-hot-hatch punch by dropping the Ioniq 5 N that delivers up to 650 hp. Thanks to all the tweaks Hyundai has made to the drivetrain, the Ioniq 5 N reaches 100 kph (62 mph) in just 3.4 seconds. The new, sportier Ioniq 5 N is wider and lower than the standard Ioniq 5, and it has some new smarts that leverage Hyundai's rally racing know-how to use the weight of the electric vehicle to improve cornering accuracy and speed.

After months of rumours, leaks, and barefaced speculation, Sony has finally unveiled the Alpha 6700 APS-C mirrorless camera as the follow-up to the nearly-four-year-old Alpha 6600. The A6700 stacks up to be an impressively capable successor to the A6600, thanks to an updated BSI sensor, enhanced AI image processing, and class-leading video features. The A6700 should put up stiff competition for the likes of the recently-released Fujifilm X-S20, especially given the Sony's competitive US$1,399 price tag.

Honor has introduced its latest smart TV as the Smart Screen 5. Its 4K display supports HDR10 and variable refresh rate technology that optimizes its up-to-144Hz output over HDMI 2.1, although the OEM asserts that it can do even better than that while used for gaming. The new TV also boasts a 50MP 1080p webcam for video calls, among other UI tricks.

Honor has introduced the Watch 4, its first smartwatch with a built-in eSIM. The new wearable also has a large AMOLED display and up to 10 days of battery life, among other features.

Honor has announced the MagicPad 13, a 2.8K and 144 Hz tablet with a huge battery. Honor also includes a Snapdragon 888 chipset, up to 16 GB of RAM and a choice between 256 GB or 512 GB of storage.

Onyx has launched the BOOX Palma, a 6.13-inch E-reader that runs Android 11. Available at launch with a complimentary protective case, the Onyx BOOX Palma has 6 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and a 3,950 mAh battery, among other features.

Nothing is now selling the Phone (2), its 6.7-inch and Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1-powered smartphone. Backed by a 4,700 mAh battery, the Nothing Phone (2) also has improved main and front-facing cameras compared to the Phone (1), as well as a 512 GB of storage option.

MediaTek has introduced the Dimensity 6100 Plus (or 6100+) as the latest option in processors to help mobile device OEMs "democratize" historically high-end features such as up to 120Hz displays. It also purports to bring power drain on 5G down compared to its competitors - then again, it seems MediaTek has decided that the actual SoC specs needed for these potential advantages are hardly brand-new.

The Eleglide M2's launch campaign that offer s potential buyers the chance to grab a free smart band from Xiaomi along with a sub-US$1,000 price on the new electric bike. It is rated for a range of up to ~78 miles, derived from a 36V/15Ah battery and 250W motor that powers 27.5-inch fat tires for a "smoother ride". Huawei has introduced a new version of the Smart Screen S3 Pro, its high-end Smart TV series that runs HarmonyOS 3.1. Now available as an 86-inch version, the new Smart Screen S3 Pro features a 4K and 120 Hz panel that peaks at 500 nits with 93% DCI-P3 colour space coverage. The extra size, brightness and colour accuracy come at a significant cost increase compared to the existing 75-inch variant, though.

Launching globally today with a final price tag that varies based on the various import fees and deals that apply to a certain market, the rugged Blackview Active 8 Pro Android tablet is available for US customers at US$209.99 thanks to a US$30 discount code. Alongside it, the first 200 orders can get an additional US$11 coupon.

Infinix' latest additions to its ZERO BOOK series of laptops takes its name from the fact that it upgrades to 13th-gen Intel processors. It also ships with up to 32GB of RAM, PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSDs and a 100% sRGB display. The ZERO BOOK 13 is currently being previewed ahead of its release to the Indian market via Flipkart.

The NOOK GlowLight 4 Plus is the latest E-Reader from Barnes & Noble. The reader features a 7.8-inch e Ink display, 32 GB of storage, and a waterproof design, as well as the NOOK's namesake GlowLight front light with an adjustable color temperature.

Honor has launched the Pad X8 Pro and Pad X9 in China and the UK, respectively. Essentially the same tablet, the pair feature 11.5-inch IPS displays with 120 Hz refresh rates and 1200p resolutions. Honor has also included a 7,250 mAh battery, among other features.

Sony touts the HT-AX7 as a revolution in the portable wireless home audio space. It is technically a modular kit, with 2 'satellite' sub-speakers that can detach from the main unit to create a "bubble" of "three-dimensional surround sound" around the user or users with 360 Spatial Sound Mapping technology. The HT-AX7 set is rated to last for up to 30 hours per charge, and is available to order from now.

Xiaomi has finally released the Pad 6 series outside its home market. While the company has brought the Pad 6 to Europe and the UK, the Pad 6 Pro appears destined to become another Chinese exclusive.

Realme has applied one of its newest "Mars Horizon" design languages to its latest mid-tier Narzo-series smartphones. They have been unleashed on the Indian market with up to 120Hz displays and dual rear cameras, although the most usable sensor may have been reserved for the top-end variant. The 60 Pro is also the only one of the series with a whopping 1TB internal storage SKU.

Nothing has announced that its latest flagship TWS earbuds are now available in a second colorway (black). Carl Pei's tech OEM is selling these new SKUs already, albeit through its own webstore only at present. The product refresh has debuted alongside the latest software for Nothing audio products, which include an Advanced Equalizer for the Ear (2)s and noise reduction for the Ear (stick).

It appears that Fiat has witnessed the effect of nostalgia in the electric vehicle market, and it wants some of that pie too. The new all-electric Fiat 600e compact SUV has launched with plenty of retro flair and a very convincing spec sheet to boot. As platform partners with the Jeep Avenger, the Fiat 600e has the same WLTP range of 400 km (248 miles) and 115 kW (~154 hp) of power.

OnePlus has unleashed a more affordable alternative to the new Nord 3 mid-range smartphone - albeit in India only, making the CE 3 the only device in its class to launch with a "flagship-grade" Sony IMX890 main camera. It also boasts NFC, Bluetooth 5.2 and Dolby Atmos - however, a selling point of its affordable forebears has gone missing in this generation.

The Fairphone 4, a highly-repairable phone built from ethically-sourced parts, is finally available for purchase in the USA. Murena, the company behind /e/OS (a de-Googled version of Android) will sell the Murena Fairphone 4 on their website.

Shenzhen Xunlong Software has released the Orange Pi Zero 3, a compact SBC that should be more powerful than the outgoing Orange Pi Zero 2. The new single-board computer starts at under US$15 and can be configured with up to 4 GB of RAM.
