PowerA has announced the FUSION Pro Wireless and FUSION Pro 4 Wired controllers for Xbox and PC, with customizable RGB lighting, Hall effect thumbsticks, 4 mappable buttons, and an ergonomic design. They claim to provide high precision, customization, and pro-level gaming performance, and are priced at $149.99 and $69.99 respectively.

Most Xbox gamers are familiar with the standard Xbox One controller (currently $59.99 on Amazon). It has long been a preference for many, owing to its ergonomic design. However, for those seeking more control and customization (and some advanced features as well), third-party controllers like the newly launched FUSION Pro series by PowerA could be their controller of choice. PowerA's FUSION Pro Wireless and FUSION Pro 4 Wired Controllers are targeted towards those high-end features not found in regular Xbox controllers.

The FUSION Pro Wireless Controller has Ghost RGB LED lighting, which includes six modes and four customizable zones. Unlike the regular Xbox controller, this model uses low-latency wireless connectivity with a USB adapter, and supports connectivity with Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10/11. It claims up to 30 hours of playtime on a single charge and allows for in-depth customization using the PowerA Gamer HQ App.

Gamers will find four mappable buttons, 3-Way trigger locks for adjustable trigger travel, and patent-pending 'Quick-Twist' thumbsticks (letting gamers adjust the height of either thumbsticks with a simple twist without any removable parts). These features provide more gameplay options than the standard controller. Hall effect sensors in the thumbsticks and triggers translates to more precision, and it also reduces wear over time. The controller has textured grips, anti-friction rings, and an ergonomic design. Dual rumble motors, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a dedicated Profile Button rounds out the feature set.

The FUSION Pro 4 Wired Controller combines similar pro-level features with a more budget-friendly price. With competition-grade Hall effect thumbsticks, four mappable buttons, and the same 'Quick-Twist' thumbsticks, it caters to gamers who want precision without splurging. Its wired design includes a 10-foot braided USB-C cable, and audio options include a 3.5mm jack and one-touch mic mute.

Both controllers come with a two-year warranty, officially licensed by Xbox. The FUSION Pro Wireless is priced at $149.99, and you can pre-order it right now on Amazon. The wired version will be available for $69.99, but it's not available on Amazon yet. However, both these controllers can be ordered right now via the official PowerA website (linked in source), but you still might have to pay extra up to $36.5 for the fastest shipping option.
