Philips Hue White and Color Ambiance Argenta spotlight now brighter
Philips Hue has launched a new version of the White and Color Ambiance Argenta spotlight in the UK and the EU. The smart light delivers white and colored lighting, with over 16 million colors to choose from, and is designed for the living room or bedroom. Customers can choose between products with one to four lights on a rectangular base.
Each Argenta spotlight uses the company’s gu1https://notebook-check.com/?id=851867 for up to 400 lumens brightness at a color temperature of 4,000K. That’s a 50 lumens increase on the original version of the smart spotlight. Another advantage of the new GU10 technology is a longer lifetime of 25,000 hours. You can remotely control the light with the Philips Hue app thanks to Bluetooth connectivity. Plus, if you link it with a Hue Bridge, you can adjust your lights when you’re away from home or set up custom scenes.
The Philips Hue White and Color Ambiance Argenta spotlight products start from £84.99/€99.99 in Europe; a complete price list is below. At the time of writing, only a white version of each product is available. It is unclear whether the company intends to launch silver variants in the future to match the original lineup.
