Philips Hue Ensis smart pendant light now available in US
Philips Hue has launched the Ensis pendant light in North America. The smart light was launched several years ago in markets such as Europe. Now, it is available for customers in the US.
The Ensis pendant light features two LED light sources, which can deliver white and colored light and can be controlled individually. The downlight is more functional, illuminating the space below it, and the upper light could provide colorful ambient lighting to reflect the occasion or mood. The maximum brightness level is 5,400 lumens at 4,000K, and the light lasts up to 25,000 hours. You select from a wide range of colors and effects, or adjust the white color temperature between 2,000 and 6,500K, in the Philips Hue app.
The company suggests that this smart light is particularly suited to a dining space, hanging above the table, though it could also be used in a bedroom or study. The smart light is 128.9 cm (~50.7 inches) long, and the metal frame is available in two colors, matte black and white. You can buy the Philips Hue Ensis pendant light for $479.99.
