Anker is now selling the Zolo USB-C to USB-C Cable (6 ft, 240W, Braided) at its Amazon storefront in the US. Features of the accessory include 240W charging and a 480 Mbps data transfer rate. Plus, the cable is expected to launch in a shorter length in the near future.

The Anker Zolo USB-C to USB-C Cable (6 ft, 240W, Braided) has launched in the US. Rumors about the arrival of this product began earlier in September, when details of this accessory, and another shorter model, were leaked on Reddit.

The Zolo USB-C to USB-C Cable offers 240W charging, which Anker suggests would charge a MacBook Pro 16 (M3) to 50% in 25 minutes. The USB 2.0 certified accessory also delivers a 480 Mbps data transfer rate, though it does not support screen mirroring. The braided cable has a dirt-resistant coating and it is said to be able to withstand over 10,000 bends. At each end are ultra-thin connectors with a unibody aluminum casing. These measure 10 x 5.8 mm (~0.4 x 0.2 inches), so the company suggests that users should have no issues using the cable with a device in a case.

As expected, you can buy the Anker Zolo USB-C to USB-C Cable (6 ft, 240W, Braided) at Amazon US for $14.99. It remains to be seen when the shorter USB-C to USB-C Cable (3 ft, 240W, Braided) will arrive; this version is set to retail at $13.99. While images in the product listing show four colors, the cable is currently only offered in black.
