Reports from days ago claimed that Samsung was gearing up to release a third foldable that would debut alongside the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 at Unpacked. It appears, however, that those rumors may have been slightly off the mark, with one silver lining being the reveal of the first Galaxy S23 detail.

After filing multiple patents showcasing foldable designs ranging from fantastic to slightly crazy, it appears Samsung is finally set to bring a third foldable phone to the market. This device, seemingly codenamed "Diamond", is expected to launch alongside the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4.

It appears that Samsung is on the verge of revealing the Galaxy M53 5G, another mid-range smartphone and likely a more expensive alternative to the Galaxy M23 5G and Galaxy M53 5G. While the company has teased the device's arrival for later this week, specifications and a Geekbench listing have leaked online.

Samsung has confirmed the prices of the Galaxy M23 5G and Galaxy M33 5G, two of its latest mid-range smartphones. The pair will be in available in the Eurozone in three colours, but only one memory configuration.

A new report has now revealed Samsung and Apple's plans for their 2023-bound flagship phones, the Galaxy Z Fold5 and iPhone 15 Pro. Supposedly, Samsung is working on a new under-display camera technology that will appear on the Galaxy Z Fold5 before being used on the iPhone 15 Pro shortly after.

Word on the grapevine has now provided some insight into Samsung's plans to release a MediaTek Dimensity 9000-powered smartphone this year. Supposedly, that phone could be the Galaxy S22 FE or a Galaxy A53 Pro.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE launched with a US$699 price tag barely a month before the Galaxy S22 series debuted, making it something of a poor value proposition. Samsung is remedying that, though, by offering the phone with a US$100 discount.

Samsung has revealed the Galaxy A73 5G, a smartphone that rounds out the Galaxy A series. Paired with a Snapdragon 778G, the Galaxy A73 5G features a 108 MP primary camera with OIS, a 5,000 mAh battery and a 120 Hz display. The Galaxy A73 5G will be available in three colours from next month but only in some markets.

Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy A33 5G, an Exynos 1280-powered smartphone with a 90 Hz and 1080p display. Available for €369, the Galaxy A33 5G has a Super AMOLED panel, a 5,000 mAh battery and five cameras. Better still, the Galaxy A33 5G will receive just as long software support as the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 Ultra.

The Galaxy A53 5G has arrived, and it has longer software support than some current flagship smartphones. Samsung has also equipped the handset with other impressive features, including a 120 Hz Super AMOLED display, a 5nm SoC and expandable storage. The Galaxy A53 5G starts for less than €450 too.

The Galaxy Z Flip4 will debut in August alongside the Galaxy Z Fold4 as Samsung's more affordable foldable option. A series of leaks have now surfaced, providing some insight into both the technical and business aspects of the Galaxy Z Flip4.

Samsung has announced it will start distributing One UI 4.1 soon, starting with the Galaxy S21 series, the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and the Galaxy Z Flip3 5G. The update introduces numerous Galaxy S22 series camera features to older flagships, such as the Expert RAW app and Object eraser functionality, among other changes.

Samsung has done its best to promote sales of the new Galaxy S22 series with a mix of tasty pre-order incentives and an excellent trade-in program. Those efforts look to be bearing fruit, too, as a new report touts the Galaxy S22 series as Samsung's best-selling flagship lineup yet, with the Galaxy S22 Ultra leading the charge.

The Exynos 2200-powered Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has now been put through the paces in a Genshin Impact gaming test. The new chipset fails to impress, and to an even worse extent than Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
