The Garmin Instinct 3 AMOLED, Instinct 3 Solar, and Instinct E smartwatches are receiving their first beta update. Software version 9.07 is being pushed over the air to eligible users, bringing new features and bug fixes. These include support for a passcode, Breathing Variations and a new Rucking activity.

Garmin recently announced the Vivoactive 6 smartwatch, but if you don't care for the latest model, then the previous generation is still worth picking up. Now available for $100 less on Amazon, the Vivoactive 5 is a capable smartwatch with long battery life for tracking health and fitness.

The Garmin Forerunner 165 smartwatch is receiving a new stable update. The Software Version 22.26 Hotfix is now available for all users, resolving a recently reported issue which caused the wearable's display to be unreadable.
