The Zepp App for Amazfit wearables was recently updated for iOS users. Currently at version 9.10.2, this is the third 9.10.x update released since July 24th. The last major release for this smartphone app was version 9.9.5, which brought improvements for the Zepp App Food Log feature.
The release notes for Zepp app version 9.10.2 state that it delivers bug fixes, though these are not detailed. In the update issued a few days prior, version 9.10.1, Zepp Health indicates that it has improved the nap recording function. Amazfit wearable users can now delete records, which is said to provide greater flexibility for managing their sleep data. As a reminder, Naps can be recorded using many of the brand’s smartwatches, as well as the Helio Strap (curr. $99.99 at Amazon).
Plus, on Reddit, a representative for the Amazfit brand revealed that the wearables integrations with Apple Health and Google Health Connect has been improved. There is now support for reading Weight information from these third-party apps. This feature reportedly started rolling out to users with Zepp version 9.10.0, though this has yet to be confirmed by users.
You can now download Zepp App version 9.10.2 for iOS from the Apple App Store. It is unclear when a similar update will be released for the Android version of the Zepp App, which is currently at version 9.9.6.
