Model update. Dell's Surface Pro competitor offers quiet to silent operation, low heat emissions, and a touchscreen display in the 3:2 format. The latter responds to touch input performed with the fingers as well as with the separately available Dell Premium Active Pen.

Great convertible, aging processor. Like the HP Dragonfly or Spectre series, the EliteBook x360 1040 G7 is one of the sleekest laptops for its size and category. Internally, however, the old Intel 10th gen Comet Lake-U processor is holding back the system from performing as well as most of the latest Ultrabooks in the market.

Convertible for creatives featuring a GeForce GTX GPU. Acer sells laptops for creative professionals and engineers under the "ConceptD" label. In order to reach this target group, they have specialized in convertibles with powerful components - which is also the case with the Acer ConceptD 3 Ezel CC314. Unfortunately, our test left us somewhat disappointed due to the rather inefficient CPU.

Wolf in sheep's clothing. The Asus Flow X13 is an ultra-compact 13-inch convertible with a high-resolution display. With the optional display dock, equipped with an Nvidia Geforce RTX 3080 GPU, the Flow X13, together with the AMD Ryzen 9 5980H CPU integrated into the laptop, would theoretically even make desktop computers look old. Due to the lack of availability, we will only review the Flow X13 without the eGPU for now.

More pixels, better graphics performance. Lenovo replaces the 1080p touchscreen with a 4K model and upgrades the processor to an Intel Core i7-1185G7. Our update to the existing review should clarify whether the more expensive high-end configuration is worth the money and whether the 2-in-1 can really benefit from more pixels and a theoretically better processor.
