Lenovo has finally announced the Legion Go S, its second gaming handheld. At CES 2025, Asus has unveiled the ROG Zephyrus G14 2025. Acer has shown off two high-end gaming laptops at CES 2025: Acer Predator Helios 16 AI and Predator Helios 18 AI. Both are flagship offerings that feature the very best hardware offered by Intel and Nvidia. Unfortunately, their prices and availability will be revealed at a later date.

Dell is once again bringing back Area-51 to Alienware gaming laptops. The new Alienware 16 Area-51 and Alienware 18 Area-51 essentially succeed the Alienware m16 and m18, respectively, but with a slightly modified chassis featuring the latest Intel Arrow Lake-HX CPUs and Nvidia's new RTX 50 series Laptop GPUs.

AMD has unveiled three new chips for high-end gaming laptops, including one with 3D V-cache. The Ryzen 9 9955HX3D, Ryzen 9 9955HX and Ryzen 9 9850HX all come with 16 Zen 5 cores and a TDP of 55 Watts.

AMD's newest X3D chips, the Ryzen 9 9950X3D and Ryzen 9 9900X3D, are finally here. Specs-wise, they don't offer much in the way of upgrades over their last-gen counterparts. AMD will unveil their price and availability at a later point.

AMD has shown off its low-power chips for handheld gaming consoles at CES 2025. The Ryzen Z2 Extreme, Ryzen Z2 and Ryzen Z2 Go offer gamers and OEMs to pick between raw performance and battery life by offering three tiers of hardware.

At CES 2025, AMD is finally offering a preview of what's in store with RDNA 4. RDNA 4 GPUs, such as the new Radeon RX 9070 XT and the RX 9070, come with new RT and compute cores along with a new media engine. The nomenclature of RDNA 4 will also follow in the competition's footsteps to enable easy comparisons.
