LG has launched the 34SR63QA-W LG MyView Smart Monitor with a 34-inch 21:9 3,440 x 1,440 VA panel for work and entertainment use.
The monitor runs webOS 23 and supports Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11ac connections, allowing it to support wireless peripherals, Apple Airplay and Apple Home casting, and access streaming services like Netflix, Microsoft Office 365, live TV, and other online services computer-free. The monitor has a curvature of 1800R, which means it can form a complete circle with a radius of 1,800 mm.
The anti-reflective panel is capable of 100 Hz refresh rates while displaying HDR10 content with a contrast ratio of 3,000 to 1 and viewing angle of 178°. The panel has a typical brightness of 300 cd/m2, but maximum brightness is not specified. The pixels have a response speed of 5 ms and sRGB gamut coverage of 99 percent. Stereo sound is produced from dual 7-watt speakers.
The monitor is powered by an external USB-C (DP ALT) connection from a computer or external power supply, and accepts two HDMI connections. The built-in hub provides two USB Type-A connections for peripherals. An optional LG Magic Remote adds voice control.
