All five Casio G-Shock Black and Bold Red watches launching in Europe
The Casio Black and Bold Red watches are on the way to Europe. The range includes five watches: the DW-5600BBR-1, the GA-700BBR-1A, the GA-B2100BBR-1A, the GD-010BBR-1, and the GX-56BBR-1. These products were released in Japan earlier in May, following their reveal in April 2025.
You can now buy the Casio G-Shock Black and Bold Red series watches at the brand’s online store in countries like the Netherlands, Spain and Germany. The DW-5600BBR-1, GA-700BBR-1A and GD-010BBR-1 are priced at €99.90, while the GA-B2100BBR-1A and GX-56BBR-1 are more expensive at €149.00. The DW-5600BBR-1 is already available in the UK for £99.90. It is unclear whether or when the other four models could also launch in this country.
The DW-5600BBR-1 is a digital watch with a rectangular face. It has a 1/100th second stopwatch, a countdown timer and flash alerts. It also offers an LED backlight and is expected to run for five years on its replaceable battery. The GA-700BBR-1A is a chunky round hybrid watch with many of the same features as the DW-5600BBR-1. However, it adds support for world time across 48 cities.
The GA-B2100BBR-1A is another round hybrid watch with a sleeker design. This model features Bluetooth connectivity for various features and settings via the Casio Watches smartphone app. It also has Neobrite elements and Tough Solar charging to extend its battery life. The GD-010BBR-1 is a round digital watch that shares many similarities with the GA-700BBR-1A. However, it supports multiple world time zones, storing up to four favourite cities, and has a 10-year battery life. Finally, the GX-56BBR-1 has a rugged rectangular design with a digital display. Again, the features are close to those of the GA-700BBR-1A, with the addition of Tough Solar charging.
All of the Casio Black and Bold Red watches have a black resin casing and strap and red digital displays. They are also shock-resistant and waterproof to 20 bar. There are currently no details about a possible rollout in the US.
