We witnessed a plethora of mini PCs at CES 2025, including a new addition to the Khadas Mind family. Dubbed the Mind 2s, the latest mini PC from Khadas boasts an Intel Core Ultra 7 255H processor paired with up to 64 GB of memory, along with excellent expandability thanks to the Mind Link PCIe 5.0 interface.

The Emdoor Clink-X xCraft is an interesting new mini PC introduced at CES 2025 that prioritizes modularity. With swappable side and top panels and powerful internals, along with multiple planned upgrade and expansion pathways, the Ryzen 7-powered xCraft does seem rather appealing.

The newly unveiled N5 Pro network storage device from Minisforum looks impressive, boasting a powerful CPU and support for up to 144 TB of storage and up to 96 GB RAM. It doesn't end there: a wide range of ports allow for both a wide range of applications and expansion possibilities.

Xiaomi has expanded the Redmi Note 14 series to include a third 'Pro' option. Lining up for €349.90 (~$361), the Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G carries over some hardware from its more expensive 5G sibling but with a few downgrades in tow too.

Xiaomi has replaced the Redmi Note 13 4G with a new 4G model. While the Remdi Note 14 4G arrives with the promise of performance upgrades and a 10% larger battery, it also contains a blend of upgraded and downgraded camera hardware.

The Redmi Note 14 5G is one of several Redmi Note 14 series smartphones that Xiaomi has released globally today. Surprisingly, Xiaomi has brought back the 108 MP primary camera from last year's model, despite including a newer Sony LYT-600 sensor in the device's recent regional launches.

The Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G has joined the rest of the Redmi Note 14 series in a global launch today. For some reason, Xiaomi has downgraded the smartphone in a few areas compared with its prior Chinese and Indian releases.

Xiaomi has now introduced the Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus 5G globally. Arriving atop the Redmi Note 14 range, the device combines a 200 MP Light Hunter 800 camera with a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset and 120 W wired charging, among other features.

Xiaomi has introduced a bunch of its products outside China. Among them are the Redmi Buds 6. These wireless earbuds aim to deliver superior audio performance without breaking the bank.

Xiaomi has brought most of its recently launched accessories to the global market, and the Redmi Buds 6  Pro are among them. These high-end wireless earbuds come with an "industry-leading" triple-driver setup and are rated for 36 hours of runtime.

A case manufacturer has seemingly leaked the design of the Nintendo Switch 2, once more confirming changes to the Joy-Con design and significantly reduced screen bezels compared to the original Switch.

The Garmin Connect IQ System 8 has arrived for app developers. Currently in beta testing, the company suggests that its latest tools make it easier to develop for its smartwatches. The release notes indicate that there are improvements relating to notifications and a new on-device watch face editor.

An enterprising developer has released an open-source Hall-effect keyboard library for custom gaming keyboards. The project features custom firmware, browser-based configuration software, and a 1,000 Hz polling rate, making it suitable for gaming applications. The Libhmk project also supports a number of standard Hall-effect switches and gaming features, like DKS, Rapid Trigger, and Continuous Rapid Trigger.

Raspberry Pi has refreshed one of its single-board computers with a more powerful option. Now available with 16 GB of RAM, the Raspberry Pi 5 can already be picked up globally for $120.

ZTE has launched a new music-oriented affordable smartphone, the Nubia Music 2. Nubia’s entry-level smartphone comes with a 2.1-channel audio system that includes three full-range speakers. Other features include a Unisoc T7200 chipset, a 120 Hz LCD display, a 50 MP primary camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery.

Casio’s new G-Shock models—GA-B001MW-8A, GA-2300MW-8A, and GD-B500MW-8—come with step tracking, neon yellow accents, Bluetooth connectivity, and fitness-focused features. Previously unveiled in Japan, they are now live in the US.

Lenovo has now opened pre-orders for the Legion Go S across Europe, the UK and the US. Sold only in its Windows form for now, the Legion Go S can be picked up with 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage, but at a higer price than the more powerful Legion Go.

Xiaomi has introduced the Poco X7 series globally. The Poco X7 series consists of two models: the vanilla Poco X7 and the Poco X7 Pro model. The Poco X7 Pro 5G has a 120 Hz AMOLED display, a 50 MP primary camera, a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra chipset, and a huge 6,000 mAh battery, among other features. It is now available via Xiaomi’s official website.

Xiaomi has now released the successor to the Poco X6 globally. Available for as little as £249 and €299, the Xiaomi Poco X7 offers features like IP68 certification, a 3,000-nit display and a large 5,110 mAh battery, among other things.
