The Honor Pad 10 has been quietly announced in parts of Europe and Asia. The new tablet has a more powerful Snapdragon processor and a bigger battery despite being thinner than its predecessor.

While the Honor 400 and Honor 400 Pro launched with much fanfare, the Honor Pad 10 didn't get that treatment. The new tablet, which has been announced in France, Germany, Italy, and Malaysia, arrives as a successor to the Honor Pad 9 that was released in December 2023.

The Honor Pad 10 is a 12.1-inch tablet despite what its name might indicate. It is the same LCD panel as that of its predecessor and it has a 2560 × 1600 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, DCI-P3 color gamut, HDR10, and support for wet hands. There are also a handful of eye safety features such as dynamic dimming, circadian night display, global DC dimming, and hardware-level low blue light.

Just like the previous generation, the Honor Pad 10 is powered by a Qualcomm processor, although this time it is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 which is a huge upgrade over the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 of the Honor Pad 9 (available on Amazon.de for €237.95). The tablet is available in a single configuration that has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

The Honor Pad 10 has an 8MP camera on both sides, although the Chinese version of the tablet will have two front-facing cameras. It also has six speakers but lacks an audio jack. There's Bluetooth 5.3, dual-band Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 6), and support for LDAC, aptx, and aptX HD.

Despite having the same screen size as the previous generation, the Honor Pad 10 packs a much larger battery. The battery capacity has been bumped up from 8,300mAh to 10,100mAh. The tablet is also slimmer despite the larger battery. However, the max charging speed remains at 35W but buyers get a charger in the box in select regions.

Honor ships the new tablet with MagicOS 9 based on Android 15 which brings a handful of AI features such as AI Voice-note sync which allows users to record and take down notes simultaneously; and AI Notes Assistant which creates summaries of meetings, classes, and discussions. In addition, the Honor Pad 10 has stylus support and an optional keyboard, allowing it to be used as a productivity device.

Available in Cyan and Gray, the Honor Pad 10 is available to buy on the local Honor website for each region. It costs €399 in France but Honor is offering buyers a €50 coupon and a free stylus (the Honor Choice TNHCHOP Pencil) worth €49.90. It is cheaper in Germany at €349.90 and also comes with a free stylus but for a limited time, buyers can get it for €329.90.

Those in Italy have to pay €349.90, and while there's no free gift, the optional keyboard and the stylus can each be purchased for just €0.90. In Malaysia, while it isn't yet available to buy, the Honor Pad 10 costs RM 1,499 and it comes bundled with the Honor Choice Active Noise Cancelling Headphones, a Bluetooth smart keyboard, and a stylus as free gits.
