4K Comet Lake-U refresh. Lenovo has swapped out the older Whiskey Lake-U CPU for a newer Comet Lake-U one on this latest X1 Carbon refresh. Performance differences, however, are minimal meaning you won't miss much if you already own a 2018 or 2019 model.

Hot convertible! Lenovo promises a business convertible at an entry-level price for the ThinkPad L13 Yoga, relying on Comet Lake SoCs from Intel. Find out what else the device has to offer and whether a purchase is worthwhile in this review.

Hot stuff. With the ThinkPad E series, Lenovo targets both the normal office market as well as people who occasionally like to play games – at least when the ThinkPad laptop is configured with an AMD GPU. Bringing these two things together proves more difficult than Lenovo might have thought, however, as the Lenovo ThinkPad E15 struggles with its cooling system.

Small CPU refresh. Lenovo is refreshing its ThinkPad T490 one last time before the impending launch of the ThinkPad T14. The update is so minor, however, that you can opt for last year's ThinkPad T490 or just wait for the ThinkPad T14 instead without missing all that much.

Everything the same? New CPUs, a faster GPU and a greater choice of displays, that is the ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 2 in a nutshell. Lenovo has only slightly modified the second-generation model, with the chassis remaining unchanged for this year's model. We have put the device through its paces, specifically the one with a matte 4K panel, which has a massive impact on battery life. Update: X1 Extreme is equipped with the GTX 1650 Max-Q after all

Diet with adverse effects. Lenovo outfits its cheaper ThinkPad E series with a newer, thinner chassis that uses more aluminum. That seems like an improvement, but in reality it also means the loss of several features. Apart from that, the Lenovo ThinkPad E14 is a lot like its predecessor Lenovo ThinkPad E490.

The first attempt. Lenovo now offers some of its ThinkPad models with the optional Privacy Guard display. We checked the ePrivacy screen in combination with the current ThinkPad X1 Carbon 2019 and also compare Lenovo's first attempt with HP's SureView technology.

Think small. How small can a full-fledged PC be? Lenovo is pushing that limit with the ThinkCentre M90n Nano, a full Windows desktop that can slide into your back pocket. Despite its diminutive size, it packs more than enough power for most users and may be a solid choice for a streaming box.

Surprisingly hot-headed. The highest level of performance – that is what the Lenovo ThinkPad P70 stands for. The recent Lenovo ThinkPad P73 contains Intel "Coffee Lake Refresh" CPUs and the Nvidia Quadro RTX 3000. In theory, this should guarantee an extremely high level of performance. In our comprehensive review however, the Lenovo ThinkPad P73 cannot fully deliver on its performance promise.

Is a Quadro RTX 5000 too much? Lenovo is now offering the new ThinkPad P53 with the high-end GPU Nvidia Quadro RTX 5000 that is usually reserved for larger devices. The cooling solution inside of the Lenovo workstation reaches its limits, which negatively affects the CPU performance.

With the handbrake on. Lenovo's L-series is well-known for being a budget range of the company's ThinkPad offering, while also being excellent value for money. The focus for this review is the L590, a new 15.6-inch business laptop that has stellar input devices just like its predecessor.

AMD or Intel? AMD has been intensifying its competition with Intel recently, as increasingly more Ryzen-powered laptops have been appearing on the market lately. Lenovo has introduced AMD and Intel-powered versions of its 13.3-inch ThinkPad X39 series, the AMD version of which will be the focus of our review.
