Apple is planning to bring a car crash detection feature to the iPhone and the Apple Watch in 2022. According to documents reviewed by The Wall Street Journal, the feature would work similarly to the Apple Watch's fall detection and would call the emergency services if there is a car crash. Pixels have had crash detection for years.
